Job Description:

I take care of much of the administrative side of editorial, while contributing to the writing of case studies and news, and helping the department run efficiently.

Bio:

I studied BA Politics at UEA for a year-and-a-half before deciding that I really wasn't interested in hearing any more about the war in Iraq. Consequently, I dropped out and was lucky enough to get a job working at White DM. I'm looking to go back to UEA at some point this year to study BA Film and Television, which should free up enough time for me to work on my real goal and passion: setting up my own culture magazine in the area.

European cinema.

Bad spelling and grammar.

Applying sarcasm at every available opportunity.

What makes me happy:

Sitting out in my parents' garden in Normandy with an ice-cold bottle of something alcoholic, French food, a pad of paper and pen, and sufficient inspiration to write a literary classic. Still waiting on the last one…

Person I would most like to meet and why:

Guillermo del Toro – director of two of my favourite films: El laberinto del fauno and El espinazo del diablo; he is a man of considerable creativity and imagination and I'd really love to talk to him about his ideas and inspirations.
