White Digital Media is a rapidly expanding global media company providing a wide range of interactive products including digital magazines, websites, email newsletters, lead generation systems as well as multi-channel media initiatives. We combine innovative technology with high quality business content from around the world reaching five million C-level Executives globally.
We are currently looking for experienced Media Sales Executives to head up territorial advertising and media sales for our product portfolio within specifically assigned territories. This person will play a critical role in identifying, pursuing, and closing advertising sales and client media campaigns across our entire portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a strong working knowledge of all White Digital Media assets and inventory including ad unit placement, magazine advertising, sponsorships, newsletters, lead generation packages and customized business solutions.
Identify, pursue, and close advertising sales and media campaigns within assigned territory.
Create industry leading inventory packages that increase the monetization of our online and digital properties.
Create and sell pre-packaged custom integrated media solutions that leverage our online and digital assets and can be sold to both agencies and brands.
Respond to RFP’s and RFI’s, developing proposals and media plans which maximize White Digital Media’s product offerings and inventory capturing key prospects, resulting in recurring revenue.
Analyze data to segment demographical information regarding target audiences and territorial breakdowns at client’s request.
Build a pipeline of prospects through lead generation research including phone calls, email activity, online research, competitive audits and research, complementary publications, industry/territorial associations and events.
Develop, foster, and maintain strategic partnerships with advertising and PR agencies, which will result in reoccurring advertising sales and media campaign opportunities.
Establish and participate in bi-monthly meetings with your editorial and territorial sales departments to explore potential clients and opportunities.
Meet or exceed monthly sales quota.
Report weekly forecast and customer sales.
Track and manage all advertising leads and contact information in CRM software.
Participate in continuous improvement of White Digital Media products, inventory, sales materials and processes.

Ability to work under pressure – 100+ calls and 3+ hours DAILY
Building relationships with C-Level executives to set up corporate digital marketing programs
A Natural Closer – Ability to close THE DEAL and move on to the next one
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year advertising or media sales experience with a concentration in online and offline media planning and ad sales.
Strong understanding of converting RFP and RFI into winning proposals that can achieve advertiser’s campaign goals, reach target audience demographics, while maximizing available White Digital Media products and identifying multi-channel opportunities.
Cold calling experience (short sales cycle) and the ability to set and attain high goals, quotas and close deals.
Excellent communication/influencing/negotiating skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated high level of activity and persistence.
