White Digital Media Appoints Recruitment Officer

Pioneering digital media firm recruits key member of staff to manage HR operations

Norwich, UK (April 19, 2010) – Dynamic digital media company White Digital Media has announced a key addition to its workforce to fill a new and crucial post.

Reporting to Managing Director Brian Smith, Pamela Pracy will be based in the UK Norwich Office and will be responsible for auditing current recruitment processes across the Group, raising the profile of recruitment, and introducing a Corporate Recruitment Process to fit the business model.

Pamela was initially employed in a part-time capacity within the Norwich Office to support the CCA Interview and Recruitment process. She identified a number of initiatives and has worked towards the introduction of best practice throughout the business.

In the short period of time at Norwich, it was evident that her experience would be of distinct benefit to the Group and consequently her role was extended to a full-time capacity.

Pamela has extensive knowledge of the HR / Recruitment process, having been in managerial roles in the sector within the Healthcare industry.
